Sylvester ESTES (Abraham ESTES, Sylvester EASTYE, Robert EASTYE, Sylvester EASTYE, Nicholas) was born about 1684 in King And Queen County Virginia. He died 1724 in Virginia.

Sylvester was born King & Queen County Virginia in 1864, only four years after his father arrived in America. He was the first child born to Abraham & Barbara Estes. His wife's name is unknown to this date.

Between 1700 & 1720 Governor Spotswood of Virginia sent troops south to North Carolina to wage war against the Tuscarora Indians. After the fighting ceased many of these men remained behind... one of them was Sylvester Estes, son of Abraham. -  mary pullin [marypul@velocitus.net]
